To act as perennial legal counsel and provide general consultation advice on relative laws and regulations and address quires;

  To review, examine, draft up various legal documents and execute documents on behalf of clients;

  To represent clients to participate in legal action, arbitration and business negotiation ;

Unless otherwise agreed by the clients in advance, we will never intervene or involve into the disputes among the clients, nor take advantage of the information acquired from the service to the one party and to serve them in the interest of the other in dispute.
