In mid-September 2009, through the former dilligence representation, we succesfully solve the dispute among stockholders internal the new tecnology enterprise set up by several Shanghai University Students. Through interpretation of coporation law, we promote the establishment and perfection of the management structure of the enterprise thus successfully avoid the disolution of the company.
