In March, 2009, our firm successfully represented the People’s Property Insurance Company of China in the insurance subrogation litigation against a tenant of Jinmao Mansion, which is among the top 500 enterprises in the world. This case was subject to the hearing of about 8 courts, and the parties in this case reached settlement finally through our efforts and we efficiently protected the right of our customer.
