She has extensive experience in stock tansfer, asset acquisition, secured financing, set-up foreign invested companies, corporation risk revention and labor disputes.

    She received his Juris Master degree from East China University of Political Science and Law. She passed the National Bar Examination in 2007. She has passed TEM-8 and she has great English proficiency. She has aquired the Securities Practicing Liscense.
