He has extensive experiences in the field of foreign direct and indirect investment, cross-border trasactions, energy exploitation and operation, foreign-related contract review. He also had the experience of working as senior coporate legal counsel of a multinational corporation.

    He received his LL.M degree from Indiana State University in USA. He started his career as practice lawyer in 1999.
