    She specializes in the field of FDI, general corporate law and intellectual property rights, which including but not limited to drafting protection schemes of trademarks, handling trademark infringement disputes, drafting know-how transfer and patent transfer contract on behalf of foreign clients in relation to their IP rights piracy.

    She received her bachelor’s degree from East China Normal University and J.M. degree From Law School of Shanghai Jiaotong University. Before she joined the team of Shanghai Kingsta Law Firm, she worked in the legal department of Natioanl New Drug Screening Center and law firms specialzed in intellectual property as full-time attorney.
