She specialzes in the establisment of foreign investment and contract, gurantee, tax and financing, debt to equity-swap and company liquidation. She is experienced in fincancing, contract review, mortgage and warranty, tax planning and valid avoidance.
She received her LL.M from Central University of Finance and Economics and her LL.B from East China University of Political Science and Law.
